Did you know that many swing faults occur just because we don't have the proper flexibility to get into a certain position?

Well, this course will help you with that!

In this course, you are going to learn specific fitness assessments, self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques and flexibility exercises that will improve your flexibility and mobility. 

This is a six week plan divided into three stages each lasting two weeks. Progression is built into the plan and noted in stage two and then again in stage three. Limited equipment is needed. All you need to have is a few clubs, foam roller, towel or strap and a massage ball. Each week you will have a set of SMR and flexibility exercises to complete.
