Growing a Youtube channel is very difficult. I know this. I really struggled at the start. For about 12-18 months I was only getting 10-50 views per video. I spent some time trying to understand youtube and how to get success on the platform. Recently I have really started to get some success on the platform and I have managed to grow my channel from 10 thousand to 1.5 million subscribers in about 2 years. . I have managed to do this despite having a full time job as a Doctor.
I want to share with you some of my insights and thoughts when it comes to growing a channel. I will do this by looking at my own analytics and videos as well as analysing the channels of other Youtuber's.

My channels audience is predominately in the Philippines. This course is presented in English however some of the examples I use will be filipino youtubers and occasionally there will be some Tagalog words and videos. I do my best to translate when appropriate.
