Brief Introduction

Getting Started With VirtualBox, Debian (Linux) and Basic Ethical Hacking Fundamentals

Description

I'll guide you through the process of downloading and installing a hypervisor called VirtualBox, creating your first virtual machine (VM) and installing a Linux distribution called Debian to it. I'll show you some command-line basics, and Linux fundamentals that are crucial to anyone starting their ethical hacking journey. I'll also show you how to set up an intentionally vulnerable virtual machine for practising against. At the end of this course, you'll be in a great position to start learning proper hacking tools, in a safe and secure environment.
