Is your child a budding artist just waiting for the right kind of guidance to unlock their talent? In this course, my step-by-step instructions will help you easily guide your child in learning how to execute a picture from beginning to end - from how to hold the pencil down to planning out proportions - as well as how to color neatly and boldly in an organized method. This will be achieved by introducing your child to basic shapes that will be turned into a full picture (see the preview videos above for examples). Other skills introduced are blending, layering and mixing colors, and fine motor skills are reiterated with outlining at the end to bring the picture together. As an added bonus option, your child will get to choose which details from the Accessories page he or she wants to add to their pictures to customize their story. Be sure to print the PDF's listed under the Resources tab with each video.
