Part 2 (the next course) describes the current anti-aging therapies and the role of lifestyle and nutrition to fight aging and to increase the healthy lifespan.

You will receive some guidelines on how to defy the aging process in the best possible way, age gracefully and have a better quality of life. This course is not about some complex diets counting every calorie that don’t work in the long run or endless torture in the gym.
