This is a complete course of study providing education and training which allows the student to learn the law of contracts as it applies to insurance coverage and insurance claims. The course covers everything an employee, officer, or director of a corporation (or an officer or agent of an insurer) needs to know about contract law as it applies to liability insurance and enables them to resolve any claim presented by the corporation to the insurer or by third parties against the corporation.

The law of contracts needed to understand insurance, insurance coverage and insurance claims.
How a contract is a legally binding valid agreement between two parties.
How an insurance contract is a legally binding valid agreement between two or more parties.
The elements of a contract: offer, acceptance, and consideration.
How to understand conditions, limitations, warranties and exclusions.
How courts interpret insurance contracts.
What a breach of contract is and how it effects insurance contracts.
Compliance with good faith settlement practices regulations.
