Brief Introduction

This course provides teachers with a comprehensive exploration of the role of Project-Based Learning in supporting the development of soft skills, and its place in the curriculum.

Description

The fourth and final course in our program for Computer Science teachers, Teaching with Physical Computing , covers all the non-technological elements of project-based learning. This includes soft skills such as gracious professionalism, teamwork, communication and collaboration.

The course guides you in engaging stakeholders in the school setting and becoming an effective advocate for Project-Based Learning (PBL) among others teachers, school leadership and parents. You will also learn about common ways of embedding PBL in the formal curriculum and how to utilise available resources to enhance your lessons.
