Updated June 2018 with another lecture at 14 to further clarify a point.

When I am teaching beginners in watercolor painting I find one of the easiest things for them to get started with is painting fruit and vegetables.

Seriously ! Well they don't fade too quickly, they don't move and they are cheap and easy to get hold of, have great colours and shapes and when you've painted them, guess what? You can eat them.

So that's why I have chosen them to get you onto your next step up the watercolour painting ladder.

This will help you move on with your brush marks, colour mixing, shading, shadows AND building your confidence.

So follow through the lectures, play and learn then go on to select you own subjects and share the results with us all.

Some of the videos have appeared on my You Tube channel or in other courses. But here they are altogether and I will add more.

Requirements

Requirements
You may well have already done Part 1 of 'You can paint with watercolours as you play & learn.
You will need some 300 gm watercolour paper and some watercolour paints
You will need a stencil, an old toothbrush and a clean clear/white candle.
A jam jar for water, some absorbent paper towel, a paint brush about number 6.
You will need to have an open mind.
