This is an intro to passive investing to gain the knowledge and ‘big picture’ on where you are, where you want to be, and a road map to get there.
We realize that many of our students are still understanding the basics of finding deals, understanding metrics, finding their personal investment criteria, etc.
With that being said, more advanced aspects to due diligence, deal structuring, underwriting, etc. will be in a more advanced course.
